Managing Your Account Settings on Video Contact Message

Subscription Plan

In the Subscription tab, you can view your current plan and upgrade or downgrade as needed. Click on Change Plan to explore different options that suit your business needs.

Storage Management

Check your storage usage under the Storage section. This is where you can monitor how much space you have left for recordings. If you are nearing your limit, consider deleting old messages or upgrading your plan for more storage.

Logging Out

To log out of your account, simply click on your profile icon and select Log Out from the dropdown menu. This ensures the security of your account.
