Video Contact Message provides an embeddable audio and video contact widget for websites. The Service includes a platform for managing widget configurations, recordings, subscriptions, and related features.

4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are issued at our discretion.

Where offered, free trials grant temporary access to a paid plan. At the end of the trial period, you will be asked to subscribe to continue accessing paid features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial offers at any time.
